RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or for requests to receive a different style or size. We kindly advise reviewing your order carefully before purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at pirimenta.nails@gmail.com . Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Eligibilit
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item remails in the condition in which it was recived.
- All components, including tool kits, remain unused and intact.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.

Unless otherwise instructed by our team, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
