WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PRESS-ONS?
With press-ons you get salon quality nails every time, they are quick and easy to apply and are reusable. They are also non damaging to your natural nails.
HOW LONG DO YOUR PRESS-ONS LAST?
When applied properly press-ons last about 1-3 days when using sticky tabs our 1-3 weeks using nail glue.
HOW DO I APPLY PRESS-ON NAILS?
STEP 1: Prep your nails using the cuticule tool, gently file your natural nails and wipe with the alcohol wipe. Everything you need comes in a complimentary tool kit that comes with every order.
STEP 2: Apply sticky tabs or nail glue to your natural nail.
STEP 3: Apply your press-ons and you're done!
Every order comes with full instructions on how to apply and remove press-ons.
HOW DO I REMOVE PRESS-ON NAILS?
STEP 1: Soak your nails for 10-15 minutes in a bowl of hot water soap and oil.
STEP 2: Gently remove press-ons with the cuticle tool (from the complimentary tool kit provided in every order)
Every order comes with full instructions on how to apply and remove press-ons.
CAN I REUSE YOUR NAILS?
Yes! Press-ons are ment to be reused multiple times with proper care.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO BUY?
Check out the 'Sizing Guide' page for every lenght and shape available as well as the instructions on how to apply them. If you're still unsure on what nail size you have you can provide pictures of your hand and thumb next to a coin (The Coin Method) this is the most accurate method.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Pirimenta press-ons are shipped from Portugal! Meaning portuguese orders will have cheaper shipping prices and shorter arrival time.
I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY- HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
If an incorrect address was entered, contact customer support immediatly via email to update the adress. If the order was not yet shipped the order can be corrected.
If the order has already shipped it is out of my control and you'll have to contact your local postal service to adress the issue.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?
Unfortunately due to US tariffs I'm unable to ship to the US. If there are any changes I will add the option to ship to the US, but until then its impossible for me to send your package without risking hit with a ridiculous tariff.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped from Portugal. Therefore orders shipped to Portugal take 2-3 business days to arrive. International orders range from 5-15 days to be shipped depending on the distance and shipping method. All orders are shipped via CTT.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Returns are not accepted unless you received a damaged or incorrect item, in that case contact customer service and provide your order details and photos of the product.
